Simply put it is like a phone card. You pre purchase holiday time and use it any way you would like. You pre purchase in blocks of 10 weeks at a time and what makes this different than timeshare is that you can use all 10 weeks in the first year if you wish. You can holiday every second year and sell your week the years you stay home for between $1695. and $1995. and use this for airfare next year. You can give your week away, loan it, or anything you would like to do with it and there is no fee to be charged to you by Kastaway Island. Like a phone card, when your time is up (10 weeks) your phone card is no more good. The only catch is that we are limiting this to 500 weeks
A prepaid holiday package means you've paid for your holiday before you go. On Kastaway Island, the prepaid holiday package is one week each year for ten years on a 285-foot cruise ship. If you are a single person we offer a prepaid holiday package for US$5900. Couples packages will be sold for US$9800. There is NO deposit requirement to reserve your package. Once we've received 500 applications, we'll send you a formal request for the balance to be paid within 30 days. If you don't pay you will be removed from the list.

Fill out the membership application form and this will hold your week(s) while we send your User ID, password and your number from 1 to 500. The prepaid holiday package owners are members of a Non-Profit Society that ownes the vessel. Members have the optimum safety and financial advantage. What have you to lose?
Because the demand for this pre-paid vacation package will exceed the number (500) available a list was established and a number will be given to you upon receipt of your deposit. . (See membership application). Qualification will be assigned in the order the membership applications are received.
Everyone on the priority list will move up one position for each buyer who drops out. If you wish to apply again your name will be placed at the bottom of the list upon receipt of your paperwork a second time.
All applications over the maximum acceptable will be held for drop outs. 500 weeks have been set aside for pre-paid vacation packages. Two weeks per year will be set aside for maintenance and repair. There is no fee for the newsletter and the annual upkeep fee is $450.00 US per pre-paid vacation package purchased. There is no deposit amount requested and there are no other fees or hidden costs associated with this venture.
