Introduction to Sea Kayaking Course if you have never kayaked before.

This course gives an overview of sea kayaking. You will learn the basic paddle strokes and techniques, the latest in equipment, wet exits, assisted re-entries, local weather/sea conditions, and above all safety.

Taught in a safe environment at your own pace. COST: $65.00/day 

Build your own kayak in Kastaway's woodworking shop. This is a rather unique twist to a holiday cruise. Make use of the island's wood working shop and use one of the many kayak jigs to make your own kayak.  

We will sell you the wood, show you how to get started and assist you to build it throughout the week. You can ship what you have completed at the end of the week and finish the rest at home at your convenience.
