One Page overview
WOW - how do I provide
an overview of this unique pre paid holiday package in just
one page?
First of all Kastaway
Island is a cruise ship. We are having it painted using Mylar
and vinyl's
(similar to the graphics
you see on city busses) to look like a lush tropical island
floating along the water.
Why do this you ask?
Because we are in the business of helping you forget about
business and who wants to be on just another
big white cruise ship? This is just the start of the differences
we have to offer..
Hopefully, I will
have explained this unique concept properly to have answered
“most” of your questions and left you with
a warm feeling of confidence and trust at the end of this
overview.
We will be embarking
on a 10-year trip around the world and traveling slow enough
for everyone onboard to enjoy the exotic ports of call
that we will be cruising in.
We got sitting around
one day and asked, “how will we pay for this ship”? The
idea of a timeshare came up and everyone cringed.
Not that timeshare is bad, just that it has left somewhat
of a negative taste in many minds. A lot of these
people do not have first hand knowledge about timeshare –
just what they have heard others say about
it. So lets leave timeshare out for now.
Then someone brought
up the concept of the phone card. You pre purchase a set amount
of time.
You use it when you want to or
you can give it to someone else to use. When the time you pre-purchased is gone,
you no longer have the phone card.
We decided to fashion
our project in this manner and call it a pre paid vacation
package. The cruise is for 10 years so we
decided to offer one week per year or a total of 10 weeks.
Cruise holidays sell for
between $900 and $2,000 in US dollars per person (depending
on where the cruise is, and the time of year etc.). So at the
lowest price available of $900.00 each person, this would
amount to US $1,800.00 for
people (plus air fare). If you did this for 10 years you would
pay US $18,000.00 at the lowest price available and
$40,000.00 at the high end.
OK, now here is where
it gets interesting, profitable (and fun). If you pre purchase
a holiday package from us, you (and a friend)
get to cruise with us for one week for the next 10 years for
ONLY US $9,800.00 (PER COUPLE).
This is a one time fee for the both of you.
What’s the catch”?
There is no catch!
Bottom line
if you multiply $9,800.00 x 500 couples you will realize that
there is enough to purchase (and renovate) a fine cruise
ship.
Next we had to find a way to
protect your investment!
We actually came
up with two ways to do that.
First, we do
not want you to send us any money until we are sure that we
have enough to proceed.
You are never
at any risk. Instead, here is what you do.
1). Fill out the online membership application.
2). You receive a
number (from 1 – 500), a user ID and a password.
3). In the MEMBER area (where you require
the user name and password), you can access and print the
business plan (with 3 year
projections), the membership application and the bylaws. Go
over these documents with your family
and legal council. Once you are comfortable with what you
have read, send in the necessary pages
with your signatures.
When we receive 500
applications our escrow attorney will contact you and you
will have 30 days to send in the money. Even at
this time, you can still say NO. However, if you do say NO,
your name (and number) will be removed.
The person that is # 501 will advance to take your number.
Just above I mentioned
bylaws. This is for additional protection for you.
Every couple that
sends in their money becomes a “member” (we like to refer
to you as a guest) in a registered non-profit Society.
The 500 couples, which make up the society actually own the
vessel (in the event that something
happened to the owner). If this is the case, the vessel gets sold and
you get paid first. If she sinks, is destroyed by a storm
or fire, our insurance policy will replace her and
your investment will be transferred to the next ship. If we
go broke, the vessel is still worth 3 -
4 million US dollars.
So here is how it
works. Our escrow attorney receives the money and issues a
check to the owner of the cruise ship that we
will have an offer to purchase on. Ownership is transferred
to the Non-Profit Society and the balance of
the funds are released.
You have nothing to
lose. If you want to use up all 10 weeks in the first year,
book it. If you want to sell your week this year,
sell it, but you keep the money. When you use your
10 weeks you give up any and all ownership
you have in the vessel.
Never has it been
written, "I should have spent more time at work".
Let your imagination
wander as you read the items of interest to you, all
I want to do is dive,
water toys,
deep sea fishing
etc. and write down your questions as they come up.
