We are only accepting 200 pre paid vacation packages in total. This is the total amount of vacation weeks that are available over the 10-year period. The balance is being sold as weekly charters. We offer you a membership that shall encompass the following rights and obligations: If you do not agree to the following please do not submit an application form for membership. All reference to those that have purchased or are about to purchase a pre paid holiday package is refered to as "owner" in reference to owning a pre paid holiday package.

(1.) The owner has the right to one (1) week (one cabin) annually for one (1) couple / person on the yacht known as "Kastaway Island" for a 10 year period or until such a time as the ten weeks are used.

(2.) The ownership of the pre paid holiday package may be sold, transferred, gifted, willed, loaned, leased, rented, swapped or sub-chartered to any reasonable and responsible person subject to the written approval of Kastaway Island.

(3.) If you do not want to sell your week, you can accumulate the time for next year. You may choose from time to time to offer your week(s) into a charter pool to be resold by our office. All monies raised in this manner will be credited to the owner after a 20% management fee is paid to Kastaway Island. If you sell the week yourself there is no 20% fee charged.

(4.) All persons using the vessel, "Kastaway Island" will do so as guests. There will be no assisting in the day-to-day running of the vessel.

(5.) The guests hereby acknowledge that there are NO deposits paid to the company. We are not requesting a deposit, just fill out the membership application and submit. We offer a three-year money back guarantee. Check out "What if I change my mind and want my money back"

(6.) The guest, by entering this agreement, hereby acknowledges that he/she relies on his/ her own assessment and evaluation of the venture and this proposition and not on the representations of any person or company, their agents, or employees.

(7.) Unless otherwise decided by Kastaway Island, this agreement shall not be subject to the legal rights of the country of signature but to International Maritime Legislation.

(8.) Nothing in these documents shall be construed to conflict with laws applicable in any Country of operation and where an apparent conflict may exist; it shall not void the balance of these obligations.

(9.) You are obligated to pay an annual maintenance fee referred to as an upkeep fee, as is determined by Kastaway Island every year for the next ten years. Failure to pay will terminate your use of this vessel until the fee is paid. This fee is guaranteed not to increase for the first three years and not more than 10% per year thereafter. The fee per year for the first 3 years is only One Hundred and Fifty dollars ($150.00).

(10.) You are obligated to pay your own airfare to and from the destination vesselfor the week(s) you chose. If you cannot make it this year, sell your week or bank the time to be used next year. While onboard your expenses would include but are not limited to purchases of alcholic beverages, rentals, shopping, shore excursions, fishing charters, water toy rentals, telephone, fax and internet use.
